Estate Planning Consultation Request Form

To request a consultation, call us at (916) 419-1160 or complete the online form below. You (and your spouse, if applicable) will be emailed a California Estate Planning Questionnaire to complete after we receive your submission. You must speak to your spouse to ensure he/she is agreeable to an estate planning consultation. The first-scheduled estate planning consultation is a free 15- minute appointment and does not include documents review; additional-scheduled/rescheduled consultations are charged at the normal hourly rate. Submitting this form does not create an attorney/client relationship and does not guarantee service. You must complete all information, including full addresses, to receive a response. If you select an option that says "I'll Call GFL," do not submit the form since you must call in to our office to schedule your consultation. No solicitations.
