Requesting a Consultation
- To request a consultation, call us at (916) 419-1160 or complete an online consultation request form. No solicitations. We offer three main categories of consultations:
1) Family Law Mediation Consultation: A family law mediation consultation is for two or more people who either want to either learn about family law mediation to determine if that is a comfortable process to resolve their matter, or for single mediation sessions paid as you go. Examples of matters that can be mediated are divorce, legal separation, child custody/parenting plans, child support, spousal support and property division, to name a few. You must speak to the other party(ies) before requesting a family law mediation consultation to ensure he/she is on board. 2) Family Law Individual Consultation: A family law individual consulation is when you alone will be meeting with Attorney Bryan Ginter. This could be for document review, legal advice and strategy or discuss retention options for legal services for familyl law issues, such as divorce, legal separation, child custody, premarital agreements, child support, spousal support, property division, and more. 3) Estate Planning Consultation: An estate planning consultation is for an individual or a married couple who want to draft or modify various estate planning documents, such as a Living Trust, Will, Durable Power of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directive.
